Smooth(ie) Talk: Cashew Cream

Who knew that if you let 1 cup raw cashews soak in 1 cup boiling water for 15 minutes, added both to a blender with 1 cup ice, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon raw honey, you’d end up with this:

A dairy-free smoothie that’s creamy as heck, packed with protein and pretty darn tasty.

How’s that for a nutty experiment?
