A Few Sweet Bites

A short but very sweet post with a few treats I stumbled on sought out in New York City. A picture is worth a thousand words, but a bite of any one of these desserts is worth eternal happiness; puppies; rainbows.

Gingerbread Man cupcake from Butter Lane. Holy delicious frosting.


Sipping Hot Chocolate from City Bakery. I think the last time I had a sugar rush like the one I experienced after drinking this was when I was five years old a broke into the cookie jar. I killed my to-do list that afternoon. Plus, can we talk about the giant homemade marshmallow?


Trio of Cupcakes from Astor Bake Shop. Good cupcakes, better ambiance. Next time I’ll go for something savory and sit in this chill cafe for minute or sixty.
