A Springtime Walk Through New York City
Late April is a beautiful time for New York City. The trees bud in various vibrant hues, runners pull out their running gear and hit the streets, patio seating turns from a distant memory into a reality once again. The sunlight is energizing and I can't seem to keep myself inside. Food awaits discovering, and is found during on-a-whim Brooklyn jaunts.
Fish tacos were consumed off Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg at the eclectically-decorated Rosarito Fish Shack.
And it turns out Bed-Stuy has a killer kolache recipe at Brooklyn Kolache Co. Spinach and Feta was the perfect afternoon snack.
The sun sets over the East River and I smile because I know spring has only just begun.
